ANNUAL PHYSICALS
Physical exams are an important part of doctors’ visits. Amazingly, although, there is no absolute in a physical routine. But the best therapists on our site spend time listening to people’s issues and concerns. They offer to counsel for your specific complaints and risk factors.
These are several important signs checked by our physicist;
- Blood pressure
Less than 120 and less than 80 is normal blood pressure. We define high blood pressure (hypertension) as 130 over 80 or higher.
- Heart rate
Values between 70 and 100 are taken as normal. Several healthy people have heart rates slower than 70.
- Respiration rate
From 12-16 breaths per minute is normal or regular for a healthy person. Breathing over twenty times per minute recommends heart or lung issues.
- Temperature
98.6 degrees Fahrenheit is the average, however, healthy adults can have resting temperatures slightly lower or higher.

HYPERTENSION MANAGEMENT
We have a perfect doctor’s team to manage hypertension. Suffering from resistant hypertension doe not mean your blood pressure will never be lowered. If our doctors determine the cause and the main lead of the issue, a more efficient treatment plan can be produced to help you fulfill your goal of blood pressure.
Our professional team deals with resistant hypertension that include several steps like;
- Changing your high blood pressure medications to determine which combinations and doses work best
- Reviewing all the medications you take, including those that you take for other conditions or buy without a prescription
- Monitoring your blood pressure at home to see if going to the doctor causes your blood pressure to increase (white coat hypertension)
- Making healthy lifestyle changes, such as eating a healthy diet with less salt, maintaining a healthy weight, and limiting alcohol
You must go through blood pressure medications prescribed by our medical staff. You should not skip a dose or prevent having the blood pressure medications. Particularly preventing specific blood pressure medicines, like beta-blockers, cause an instant increase in blood pressure.

HIGH CHOLESTEROL MANAGEMENT
We take a blood test checking cholesterol levels known as a lipid panel usually explains;
- Triglycerides — a kind of fat in the blood
- Total cholesterol
- LDL cholesterol
- HDL cholesterol
For the correct and authentic measurements, we advise people to avoid eating or drinking anything (other than water) for 9 to 12 hours before going through a blood test.
Other than treatments, our experts also recommend some lifestyle changes. Our suggestions include medication, yoga exercising, and eating a well-balanced diet. These are the defensive steps against high cholesterol. However, in case you have made these essential lifestyle changes and your cholesterol level is still out of control, then our medical staff will suggest
medication.
The choice of medication or combination of medications depends on various factors, including your risk factors, your age, your health, and possible drug side effects.

DIABETES MANAGEMENT
For managing the diabetes, we need to go through the following terms;
- A for the A1C test
This test highlights your average blood glucose level over a few months. The A1C objective for several people having a level is below 7 %. You can take advice from our health care team on what your objective must be.
- B for Blood pressure
The blood pressure objective for individuals suffering from diabetes is below 130/90 mm Hg.
- C for Cholesterol
You have two types of cholesterol in your blood:
LDL
HDL
LDL or “bad” cholesterol builds up and clogs your blood vessels. Too much bad cholesterol causes a heart attack. HDL or “good” cholesterol may help eliminate the “bad” cholesterol from your blood vessels.

Over-weight or obesity is the triggering factor of multiple heart-related diseases, diabetes, stroke, high cholesterol level, and many others. That is why we need an average weight to deal with such issues.
Reaching the ideal weight is the first step in making healthy lifestyle adjustments. people with high activity levels maintain their weight loss. We also help people to set their exercise goals by adding healthy green vegetables like spinach, kale, and broccoli or fresh fruits like apples, avocados, and citrus fruits in their diet schedules.

SMOKING/ALCOHOL CESSATION
Too much alcohol and smoking is injurious to health. These bad habits not only disturb your breathing system but also affect your natural defense system ( immune system).
Individuals dependent on tobacco or alcohol do face issues when it comes to quitting drinking or smoking. Alcohol and tobacco-dependent people tend to smoke more often than other people, become more inclined to nicotine and may face more intense tobacco withdrawal.
There are no alcohol or smoking cessation instructions formulated particularly for alcohol-dependent people. But, the perfect option is following the federal instructions for treating tobacco and alcohol dependence that suggest a combination of medication plus counseling for an optimal outcome.
